The Process
The Consultation:
The first thing we do is setup a time to meet and talk about what your needs are, and what possible solutions might work. We’ll discuss things such as timelines, budget, previous problems you may have encountered as most importantly your goals with your online presence.
Solution Presentation:
After consultation (could be during the same meeting if no research is required) ETHODE will present to you a solution which we feel fits your needs. Whether it’s our state of the art CMS system or a custom designed solution, we will present the best possible solution given current timeline, budget and needs.
Website Mockup:
Next ETHODE will present a mock-up(s) of your new website in front of you. This process is all about you and what you want for your website. We strive to make sites that are beautiful and functional at the same time while taking into consideration your target audience, browser capabilities, and your personal likes. Once we have designed something that you like and want us to roll with, we can then move onto the next step.
Website Development:
After having the design signed off on, we can move into development. Here we will actually create the site from the mock-up(s) which were agreed upon and bring your dream to life! The length of this process varies for every site since every site has different needs, but it can take from 1-2 days to a month depending on the final solution required.
Search Engine Optimization & Analytics Training:
After the site has been developed, we will at no cost to you, do a full analysis of the search engine optimization of the new site. Tweak it for keywords you would like to target and set it up to do the best it can in the search engines, earning you priceless visitors from Google and major search portals without the added costs of marketing. Lastly, we’ll setup the site on Google Analytics free of charge which will give you the best possible platform for tracking website performance. With Google Analytics you’ll be able to see where your visitors are coming from, how long their staying, what their viewing, how many pages their viewing and much much more, this is just a tip of the iceberg!
Final Sign-Off:
Once you’re happy with the final site we’ll sign off agreeing that we have met the needs discussed in step one and that the site is of satisfactory nature to the client. Done, enjoy your new website!
